gbajo Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gbajo website accessible at gbajo.io, including all sub-pages, features, services, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform, through which you access all gbajo services.
• "Player Funds" means the real-money balance held in your Account, comprising deposits made by you less any withdrawals and wagers settled against you, plus any winnings credited to your Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or bonus balances granted to your Account by gbajo under a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it can be converted into withdrawable Player Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, which is the identity and age verification process gbajo uses to confirm a player's eligibility to hold an Account and transact on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by gbajo's internal policy.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software developer or studio whose games are hosted and made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Habanero, Spribe, Microgaming, and Ezugi.
• "Taka / BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary transactional currency on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the gbajo service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you first access the Platform and remain in force for the entire duration of your relationship with gbajo, including after any Account closure unless a specific clause states otherwise.

gbajo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, gbajo will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the contact details held on their Account.

To register and maintain an Account with gbajo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gbajo enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request documentary evidence of age during the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds held in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other person.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of any transaction.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of gbajo or any Game Provider whose games appear on the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account on gbajo that was closed or suspended for any breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

gbajo permits one Account per person. Duplicate Accounts — defined as more than one Account held by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gbajo reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close them and to void any associated bonuses or winnings derived from the use of multiple Accounts.

Registration requires you to supply a valid email address, a chosen username, a password, and basic personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for restricting access to your device. gbajo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You must notify gbajo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, disclosure of your login credentials, or any other security breach. gbajo reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation whenever a security concern is reported or detected.

Account Verification (KYC). gbajo may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet, or a bank statement). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gbajo's compliance team may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting privileges until verification is complete.

Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining verified Player Funds balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Deposits. gbajo accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits made through supported mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being approved by our finance team. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. gbajo does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gbajo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.

Payment Method Restrictions. gbajo operates a strict same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawal proceeds may only be sent to a payment method that has been used to fund your Account and that has passed applicable verification checks. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

gbajo offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, including eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit requirements, minimum odds, and a Wagering Requirement.

Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times across eligible games before they can be withdrawn as Player Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, table games or live casino) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards fulfilling a Wagering Requirement — the specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention. gbajo reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, bonus stacking in a manner not permitted by the promotion's terms, and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to complete Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended by gbajo at any time and without prior notice. gbajo is not liable to any player for the withdrawal of a promotional offer where that player has not yet met the eligibility criteria for it.

Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on gbajo, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey markets, are governed by the specific rules for that sport as published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall take precedence for that market.

Bet Confirmation. A bet is not accepted and is not binding on gbajo until you receive a confirmed bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical error, connectivity issue, or system outage will be voided and any associated stake returned to your Account balance.

Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, a game result, or a payout calculation — whether caused by human error, software fault, or data feed failure — gbajo reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the relevant stake. gbajo will not honour payouts that result from a clearly erroneous display of odds or game data.

Game Providers and RTP. Games provided by third-party Game Providers on the gbajo Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the Game Provider and is displayed within the game's information panel. gbajo does not alter or override the RTP of any third-party game.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet or opening a game. gbajo reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player, market, or game without prior notice.

gbajo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity at all times. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income, and not an activity that causes financial hardship or emotional distress.

All registered gbajo players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated directly from the Account Settings page without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit to your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits — Set a cap on the total net losses you may incur within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure timed alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and cannot be overridden by contacting support. Players who self-exclude will also be removed from all gbajo marketing communications immediately.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the gbajo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to any sports event offered on the gbajo betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Using the Account of another person, whether with or without their consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating any charge-back, reversal, or dispute of a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.

All content on the gbajo Platform — including but not limited to the gbajo brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, photographs, text, game interfaces, software, and any other creative or technical material — is the exclusive property of gbajo or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder, including Game Providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal recreational gambling only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.

You must not use the gbajo name, logo, or any associated branding for any purpose without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of gbajo's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajo's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

gbajo shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if gbajo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gbajo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and telecommunications outages may affect Platform availability from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms limits gbajo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gbajo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

gbajo collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding part of your agreement with gbajo.

In summary, gbajo collects personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and management; KYC verification and fraud prevention; processing of financial transactions; providing customer support; complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and, where you have provided consent, sending you promotional communications about gbajo products and offers.

gbajo will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Platform services (for example, payment processors, Game Providers, and KYC verification services) or where required by law.

gbajo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially changes your rights or obligations under these Terms — gbajo will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with gbajo's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

gbajo does not represent or warrant that the services offered on the Platform are legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction applicable to you. gbajo accepts no liability for any loss, penalty, or legal consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
